Founder
Rupali is a Sustainable Designer (USA), WELL AP, Architect, and Social Impact Advocate; worked in India, UK and USA for over 25 years. Her passion for working with communities, research skills, and understanding of how built/unbuilt environments impact health and wellbeing offers a unique perspective to the projects. Her goal is to go beyond “business as usual”, analyze site specific challenges, and integrate the project with natural ecosystem to yield a net positive social, environmental, and economic impact.
Ranjeet Shetye
Co-Founder
Co-Founder Ranjeet is a well known DeepTech Venture Capitalist. He has also been through 7x successful startup acquisitions, and is a 2x Founder over the past 28 years, across the US and India.
Ribhu Rajan
Principal-Responsible Investment
Ribhu is a responsible investment professional with two decades’ experience across venture/impact investing, portfolio management, ESG/sustainability research and impact advisory, coupled with wide project management exposure. Ribhu has experience working in eight countries across Asia-Pacific, the EU, US and East Africa. Most recently, he led the Biodiversity Finance Initiative at the World Economic Forum in Geneva. Ribhu is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) and also holds Masters in Economics from the University of Pune.

With 35+ years in Technology, Education, and Change Management (EIH, Satyam, Deutsche Bank, Ashoka University, BofA, CapGemini), she leverages her strong network across businesses, NGOs, and policymakers to drive meaningful engagement.
